Am I the only one who feels an uncontrollable rage when my dosas (South Indian pancake-like delicacy, if you've never tasted them) don't come out in one piece? After all, they taste the same either way.

u r not the only one...nowadays i've improved ...my dosas come in a single piece and look like india map..

if the dosas don't come out in one piece, isn't it easier to eat? i mean, you save effort in breaking it again!

but still, i do agree that it is really pissing off when your dosa doesn't come off in one piece. represents a job not perfectly done...

It's actually the same with pancakes and flat breads (or most other food, for that matter)of any kind but I guess most of it is psychological- a "shapely" one is certainly more appealing than shapeless or broken (is that the word??!) ones!
