Today I ran/jogged 9 about kilometers nonstop, which is my personal best. I even sprinted the last couple hundred meters. I guess once you achieve a certain muscle/fat ratio, you can keep running until your body runs out of glycogen, which apparently happens at around 30 km
. What's ironic is that a few months ago I had trouble running more than 200-300 meters at a stretch.
