I am a healthy adult male. I should be able to find jeans my waist size, dammit. Obesity is so rampant in America that there are no clothes for healthy people. I have to shop in the boys section for 30-inch belts.
There's a guy in supersize me who asks a very interesting question: when will it become (somewhat) acceptable to heckle fat people in public as it is today to heckle smokers? I realize of course that it will never happen, nor do I have any intention of heckling either smokers or obese people, whether socially acceptable or not, but considering that obese people seem to have a much greater effect on my life than smokers, I wouldn't be sorry if that became a reality.
